to use the ftp , i know how to use it , but where i can

find the information of my host name and like that ?

Here are two Knowledgebase Articles that should help:

Uploading with FTP

FTP Tutorial

You can also use the "Upload Files | Transload Files" options at the top of your File Manager.

Lastly, you can also download one of the FTP servers such as:
